Welcome to my apartment. It's super central in PL1 at Plymouth Hoe. The apartment is two streets down from the hoe so only a couple of minutes walk. Its also central to the main city. You can walk around the city centre areas and waterfront. You will have the sole use of my apartment. The apartment is ideal for solo travellers, couples. Whether your passing through, exploring the waterfront city, attending events, seeing family or just have fun travelling :) The space My apartment is located at the base of a large Victorian terrace house. It is a garden apartment (lower ground floor), but it is light, with large windows and rooms with double doors onto a back courtyard / outside sitting area. My apartment benefits from its own main / front door. And an outside areas at the front and rear. There is a large lounge with two arm chairs and small sofa with large TV. A dinning table. Long modern kitchen. Two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have doors onto the rear outside sitting area. The bedroom has a double bed, tv, open wardrobe with drawer and shoe rack. And has the benefit of an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The bedroom has inside door locks for you comfort and privacy. The is an additional toilet and wet shower room. There will be clean fresh bedding, towels, hand soap etc. Kitchen has all the usual appliances including washer dryer and dishwasher. Iron and Ironing board. Hair dryer. My space is strictly No Smoking / No candles / No fires / No pets / No dogs. Other things to note Parking is on-street. As is most of the Hoe area. If required, I can assist with visitor day parking permits for the parking zone / hoe. So you dont have to use the pay and display machines. Please ask.
