Safe Place To Land

You have access to a private bedroom with a key locked door and a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower. There is a television in the bedroom with Netflix as well as a mini fridge, microwave and keurig. Includes free wifi and parking. There is no access to a kitchen or laundry included. This house is located in central Sudbury near all amenities, downtown, parks and night life. Nearest public transportation is only a 5 minute walk away. Guest access There is no kitchen or laundry access with this booking. I ask that all guests leave their footwear in the entrance on the carpet. During your stay I live in the home but mostly stay upstairs. I am rarely in the basement where the bedroom and bathroom is. I only go downstairs to do laundry. This is a room in my home. If you are looking for a space for hookups, this is not the listing for you. Other things to note The private bedroom and bathroom are located in the basement where the ceilings are lower. The doorway to the bedroom is 6 feet in height and the bedroom ceiling is 6 foot 5.
