The bedroom with queen bed and half bath is on the entry level and then upstairs is an open floor plan with a full sized kitchen, dining area, full bath and living area. Comfy sheets and towels, full washer/dryer, full size viking fridge, wine fridge, fully equipped kitchen with coffee/toaster/blender/silverware/cooking pots/etc, large screen TV, cable, curated art on the walls. This guest house has a queen bed for two people. There is a convertible DWR sofa bed for two additional guests (must be under the age of 12 yrs old). $20 per additional guest.
