The apartment is located in a residence with access to the shared pool and stunning views of the Albufeira Marina and the sea. Close to Albufeira city center and the beach by car (about 7 to 10 min). (Important: reservation from Saturday to Saturday) The space The apartment is on the ground floor with a separate entrance. Bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower (hair dryer included). A spacious living room with dining table, TV and sofa beds. A separate bedroom with a storage closet with access to the apartment's private terrace. Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction stove, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, all dishes available) with high table. The apartment has a non-facing terrace overlooking the garden. Guest access Full access to the apartment, as well as the residence's swimming pool. Other things to note Please note! Since May 2, 2024, the municipality of Albufeira requires a "tourist tax" for travelers of 2 euros per day per person (only for stays of 7 days). When you book, we will send you the internet link for the municipality of Albufeira so that you can make the payment. This tax is mandatory!
