The apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building, accessible via shared stairs. There are no shared spaces inside the accommodation. The apartment is located in the picturesque old town and is reached via some narrow, steep stairs typical of historic houses in the area. It is ideal for couples, solo travellers, or families with older children. It is not suitable for guests travelling with strollers or very young children. Other things to note The house enjoys a truly privileged location: The sea is just 100 metres away, with easy access to the city’s two main beaches: Les Sablettes, with its wide shoreline of smooth pebbles, is particularly suitable for families thanks to its shallow waters and safe seabed; Le Bastion, on the other hand, is a smaller, more charming beach, perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation. Just a few steps away, you can admire the splendid Basilica of Saint Michel, the star of the famous Festival de la Musique held every August. Only 200 metres away is the panoramic Ferris wheel, perfect for enjoying a breathtaking view over the city and the sea.
