Nice residence near some beautiful wild beaches

Nice, small residence located in Sant’Anna Arresi, a village in the south of Sardinia, at 5 km from the beautiful beaches of Porto Pino, amongst which the spectacular Spiaggia delle Dune (6.5 km away), and at 25 km from Sant’Antioco. The space Apt 2: Ground floor apartment with one bedroom (suitable for 6 people, 60 sq m), with terrace for alfresco dining and a small back garden. A large double bedroom plus a bunk bed for 2, a living room with double sofa bed, TV and kitchen corner (oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker), a washing machine, a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the living room, which cools well up to the bedroom. Guest access The residence, consisting of 11 independent units, is in the higher part of the village, and for this reason enjoys a beautiful view over the seaside. The local sandy beaches are really beautiful, and the area is rich in pedestrian and cycling routes. From Sant’Anna you can easy reach the beaches by bicycle, or by foot if you don't mind a long walk. For our guests we have 5 bicycles available, free of use, depending upon availability. Nearest shops and restaurants in Sant’Anna, at 350 m, just a 4 min walk. Cagliari, the airport and ferry harbour, are at 70 km. Each apartment is modern and comfortably furnished, with balcony, terrace or private little garden. In the common patio of the building there is a barbecue and an outdoor shower area. Other things to note Price includes gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, air conditioning. Bed linen € 20 per apartment, prior booking required. Towels not available.
