Nice Seaview Apartment near Korcula

Our two bedroom apartment is situated in Medvinjak, a small community on a walking distance from Korcula. Enjoy the lovely seaview from our terrace and go for a swim to the nearby beach! There is also our cat Mici who can be loud on occasion. IMPORTANT: the apartments directly above are also rentals (this part of the house belongs to my sister), so there is no total privacy! You will hear people talking, chairs scraping and generally sounds of everyday life. The space Our family house is situated in a family-friendly community of Medvinjak near the town of Korčula. The apartment is great for family with children because there is a concrete and pebble beach just across the road. It is also great for a couple on a relaxing holiday. We have a parking space available below the house. The nearest shops and restaurants are in the town of Korčula. The town is 5 min by car or 20 min by foot. Other things to note In our apartment we can accommodate 4 people but feel free to contact us if you are a couple, or three friends... the price, of course, changes according to the number of people staying in the apartment:) Also please bear in mind that the apartment above this apartment is also rented to guests (the balcony belonging to that apartment is visible in one of the photos) so you won' t have total and complete privacy. Another apartment on the same floor is also being rented. There are 50 stairs that have to be climbed to reach the apartment. Make sure you always wear shoes/flip flops on the tiles.
