This elegant and comfortable, newly renovated studio in the traditional Cycladic style, is located right by the beach of Agia Paraskevi. In a quiet area, away from the crowds and noise, it makes a perfect location for those who wish to have a relaxed and private vacation. While offering the advantage of tranquillity, the studio is also only 10-15 minutes on foot from the Kamari area which features a multitude of restaurants, coffee shops as well as other stores. The space Combining Cycladic architectural tradition with a twist of modernity, the studio was renovated using contemporary colours and materials. Its furniture, such as the king-size bed with an anatomic mattress, was built in the traditional style. The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances includes a variety of cooking utensils. The studio also includes a private bathroom. The beautiful verandah at the entrance of the studio overlooks the beach. High-speed free Wi-Fi as well a TV with Netflix access and A/C are available. Other amenities include a hair dryer, a kettle and a toaster. Guest access Guests can access the house by any transport option of their choice. Free parking is always available right in front of the house. Only 200 metres away from the house, there is a local bus stop. The local bus comes at regular intervals and has routes covering almost the whole island. Also transfers to and from the airport and the port or any location on the island are available at an extra charge. Other things to note We would like our guests to feel comfortable in our house and treat it with the same respect that they treat their own homes and neighbours.
