Our house is very nice and sunny. All around are our meadows and our forest. Directly from the house you will come to Merano 20000 on the hiking trail no. 50. In two minutes you can reach the bus stop. We also have a couple of sheep and four calves grazing on the meadows in spring and autumn. In summer they are on the alpine pasture and we do the hay for winter. Nothing stands in the way of a relaxing holiday with us! Looking forward to seeing you soon! It is equipped with a large living room, a kitchen-living room, a terrace, two bedrooms and a bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet). The terrace is equipped with table and chairs and you can also enjoy your meals outdoors! Towels, bed sheets, tea towels, extra pillows and hair dryer are at your disposal in the apartments. There is also a flat screen TV and Wi-Fi free of charge. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, bowls, plates, cups, cutlery, kitchen tools, salt and pepper. A fridge/freezer, ceramic electric hob, microwave, filter coffee machine, mocha machine, toaster, kettle and dishwasher are provided. If you need other cooking utensils, a travel cot or a high chair, we will be happy to put them in the apartment. At the main house Larchwald (100 m away) is a large playground with sunbathing area. A swing, slide, rocking horse, sandbox, balls, ping pong table, foosball table and trampoline are waiting for you! You are welcome to have breakfast on request with us in the original Tyrolean parlor in the main house Larchwald (for a fee). You can easily park your car and bikes in our parking garage! We also have an electric charging station (extra charge). During your stay with us, you can use all public transport in all of South Tyrol for free! Other things to note Tourist tax: For all guests from the age of 14, a local tax of 2.10 euros per person per night will be collected.
