Double Bedroom with PhD Students - City Centre

5 Bedroom Student house shared by 5 people including yourself (All Lancaster university PhDs and one professional Grad) located in Blades Street in Lancaster which is 5 minutes from the train station and 7 minutes walk to the city centre. Located in a safe quiet residential street with all the city centre amenities one would require within very close proximity. Shared by all PhD mature students, 3 Females, 1 Male. Everything within close distance from the house. The space Guest will be offered a private double bedroom. However please bear in mind that it is a student house so you may find that its not the most tidiest of houses despite there is a cleaner every Monday who cleans the common shared areas. Guests will have full access to the kitchen, basement living room, laundry room and also two full bathrooms with one walk in shower and one bath tub. During your stay I don’t live at the property and you will be sharing with 3 girls all PhD students and 1 guy who is a graduate and working full time Very quiet house and no parties allowed. Other things to note Please again note that this is a shared house between maximum of 5 people at any one stage and all occupants are mature graduates or pursuing their PhDs at Lancaster University.
