budget semi-BASEMENT with wear and tear(not brand new) 5 minutes to the Acropolis hill! Next to the temple of Hephaestus! It's also next to a great pedestrian street called "Apostolou Pavlou" with many Crafts on sale/coffee shops. From the roof of the building you have a great view of the Acropolis,Smart tv.There is a dehumidifier working as sometimes the room does have high humidity. If you have allergies stay away this is not for you! Normal city sounds. Recommended for young people/students. The space The apartment has security door and metal bars protecting the windows so you will be safe. There is an air condition but also central heating.There is a kitchen with hotplates microwave espresso and filter coffee machines, big couch that turns into a bed with a smart tv with Netflix and youtube. The apartment can have high humidity if windows are kept shut and the dehumidifier not working . Keep a window open and the dehumidifier working to solve this issue . The apartment is located next to a small road with the odd car passing and a pavement so expect slight noise now and then with people walking . If you want full privacy you can shut the shutters . If you have an issue with that book another place! If you have allergies stay away as the humidity sometimes can trigger them . It’s not a new apartment . Renovation was done 5 years ago and has evident wear and tears. Recommended for young students . Not an apartment to impress your girlfriend . 🤣 Budget friendly strategic location. Guest access You will have access to all the apartment and also the roof with the great Acropolis view were you can sit and eat and drink! The roof is a bonus but in general is not cleaned by me nor supervised . So please clean after yourself . Other things to note The apartment is a semi-BASEMENT with 2 big windows. There is sun pouring in during a couple of hours in the afternoon depending on season..! . There is a chance to find a dead cockroach as all old building basement level have this problem. Sometimes there is a little mold in the bathroom and low down on one or two walls. It gets painted often. Keep windows open for fresh air 30 minutes per day and the dehumidifier working . You might have to empty the dehumidifier now and then . It’s not brand new . Pictures were taken 5 years ago. So expect normal wear and tear.
