A quiet neighborhood Not recommended for children (there is no child safety on the stairs, the upper part and for electrical outlets) The space The Excellence of the Old that Meets Modern Chic in Saint-Germain-en-Laye In an old historic house – understand: a corner where the square meter competes as much for rarity as for prestige – nestles this loft of 47.24 m², as sophisticated as it is strategic. In the heart of Saint-Germain-en-Laye, we are here a stone's throw from elegant cafes, elite schools and, of course, public transport that connects this bourgeois island to the capital in less time than it takes to say "decentralization". To see a video of the apartment, you can search the internet "Paris-Berlin_TevaDeco space_factory" An Atmosphere, a Know-How Forget the clichés of austere and impersonal open spaces. Here, the herringbone parquet sets the tone from the entrance. The American kitchen with its central island is ready to host both philosophical and gastronomic discussions. Around you, a space bathed in light, designed for moments when conviviality is more than a hashtag. Then climb a spiral staircase (because it can't be otherwise in this kind of space), and you're on the upper floor. A master bedroom worthy of a design magazine, including a desk area overlooking the rest of the loft thanks to a glass floor – a touch of audacity to remind your guests that they are not in just any property. And the bathroom? A clawfoot bathtub, of course, a refined nod to unparalleled moments of relaxation. And the second bedroom, in a row from the master bedroom, could well become the most coveted space in the loft, whether to accommodate a guest or to make it a dressing room worthy of the name. The Neighborhood: When Local Becomes Global Ah, Saint-Germain-en-Laye… Where tradition flirts with innovation and where cobbled sidewalks hide well-kept secrets. Between shops, delicatessens and greenery it's hard to find such a balanced setting to experience the French "lifestyle". Parisians know that here, we are only a short RER ride from the City of Light, but we enjoy the calm of the chic suburbs, which, in itself, is an invaluable luxury. In short, this loft is not just a place to stay. It's an experience, a way of life. And for those who know how to appreciate it, a true icon of French chic, between tradition and modernity. Guest access There is no private parking, there are free parking streets around the apartment and Indigo paid parking 300 m from the apartment. Other things to note . Recommended for couples with children over 6 years old (there are no child safety locks on the stairs, in the upper part and for electrical outlets) . There are no shutters on the Velux windows in the bedrooms, provide sleeping glasses if necessary Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fiber Internet access, the whole space is available to make you feel at home. The beds are in the attic. The 2nd bed is in a small room/dressing room separate from the 1st bed, but there is no separating door; the apartment is an open space (see photos).
