House with a bath and swimming pool

NEW YEAR IS FREE. Available from 31st to 2nd or 3rd of January. A house with a heated pool and Finnish sauna. The plot is 13 acres, a separate territory of the house, where no one else lives, 39 km from the Moscow Ring Road, a large hall for the celebration, a bath (extra fee), karaoke, tennis, lounge area, barbecue, internet, disco laser, Apple TV. A terrace for celebrations (plastic table and 12 chairs are included in the basic package). Banquet furniture is provided for the banquet at an additional cost. The space Household appliances: dishwasher, hob, hood, 2 refrigerators, dishes for 20 people. When holding a banquet, dishes are provided for a banquet of up to 50 people. Guest access On the ground floor there is a wood-fired bath, swimming pool, large lounge, showers and 2 toilets. Bedroom 1 - 1st floor - 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 - 2nd floor - 3 double beds. Bedroom 3 - 2nd floor - 2 double beds. Bedroom 4 - 2nd floor - 2 double beds. Hall-1 double sofa. Single mobile hotel beds are available at extra cost. Other things to note In the fenced area there is a brazier, a large lounge area under a canopy. Parking for 2 cars.
