The space The apartment is a two bedroom, two bathroom unit with large open plan living area comprising of a lounge, dining room table and kitchen. Both bedrooms have Aircon Bedrooms: Both bedrooms are furnished with top quality linen and amenities and have en suites with complimentary bathroom amenities such as shampoo, conditioners and lotions. Living Spaces: There is the lounge with a smart TV, fast internet and a little balcony facing one of de Waterkant oldest buildings. The kitchen itself is fully equipped for any cooking needs and leads out onto the large patio area with lots of seating and great for an evening dinner outside. Wifi is backed up during load-shedding For stays of 8 nights or longer we can offer a complimentary weekly clean and linen change. This is a self-catering apartment and we do provide the essentials to get you started. Guest access You will have private access to the property. Other things to note Stairs are required to access the apartment from the parking bay. There is an optional 2nd route which is slightly longer which does not require stairs. We are pleased to provide ample electricity to ensure a comfortable stay. To support responsible energy use, a fair usage policy applies to all reservations. Excessive consumption beyond the included electricity allocation may be billed separately for the guest's account. We appreciate your understanding and mindful usage during your time with us.
