The area is packed with essential services (supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, bars, restaurants). Extremely well-connected to the city center and main railway stations (Termini & Tiburtina). Within a 10-minute walk, you’ll find buses, trams and Metro C, which takes you to Pigneto in just 5 minutes and to the Colosseum in 15 minutes. The space • Bedroom & Bathroom: You will have a double bedroom featuring dimmable LED lighting and a Smart TV. Private bathroom with a shower. • Fully Equipped Kitchenette: Includes refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and kettle. • Courtyard: Private outdoor space where smoking is permitted. • Essentials Provided: -Freshly laundered and sanitized linens and towels, all washed at high temperatures after every stay; -Bodycare products (soaps, shampoo); -Cleaning supplies. • Additional Amenities: Hairdryer, washing machine, iron. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and the courtyard. Access to the apartment is via a few steps. Other things to note 1) Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Times are flexible based on availability. Please contact me at the time of booking. if you have special requests. 3) Quiet hours. Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Keep noise to a minimum during this time. 4) Cleaning. At the end of your stay, please dispose of trash in the recycling bins on the street. ❗ No smoking indoors.
