The space This charming and comfortable apartment is ideal for couples, families, or groups of up to four people. Located in the heart of Eixample, one of Barcelona’s most iconic and desirable neighborhoods, it offers a perfect mix of relaxation, functionality, and local charm. The apartment features two double bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living and dining area, and a lovely private terrace - a rare and enjoyable feature in the city. The living room includes a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table, creating a welcoming space to relax or enjoy meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle - everything you need for a convenient stay. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds. Please note that the bed configuration may vary slightly between apartments and is subject to availability on the day of arrival. Both rooms are equipped with bedside tables, lamps, and wardrobe space. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and mirror, and the apartment offers additional amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a safety box and air conditioning. TAXES: From April 1, 2026, the city tax of Barcelona is €10.45 (including VAT) per person per night and will apply to all reservations with stay dates from April 1, 2026, onward. Tax aimed at: people 17 years or older. Applicable: up to 7 nights. Methods of payment: This fee must be paid to the owner of the property when the customer makes the check-in and will be transferred by the owner to the Government of Catalonia. SECURITY DEPOSIT: The day of your check in, we hold a security deposit of €250, which is released after check-out, provided the apartment is in good condition. Please note that a valid card is required for the preauthorization of the deposit. INCIDENT: Any incident or damage of the apartment or its equipment should be communicated immediately to the reception desk. Maintenance will be arranged if possible and we shall discuss with you the cost involved.
