Methods of payment: This fee must be paid to the owner of the property when the customer makes the check-in and will be transferred by the owner to the Government of Catalonia. SECURITY DEPOSIT: The day of your check in, we hold a security deposit of €250, which is released after check-out, provided the apartment is in good condition. Please note that a valid card is required for the preauthorization of the deposit. INCIDENT: Any incident or damage of the apartment or its equipment should be communicated immediately to the reception desk. Maintenance will be arranged if possible and we shall discuss with you the cost involved.
