These Premium Condos are your home away from home! They provide every comfort and luxury you need, with a full kitchen, beautifully made, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. There is a television in the bedroom, as well as the living room. A separate, spacious living room gives you plenty of places to recuperate from your busy day on the lake! This Condo also has a separate bedroom with two Queen beds, so if you need additional accommodations then find the listing for the entire Condo. The Condo has a front door with raised deck and seating and a backdoor with access to a fire pit and walkway to our Pavilion. This Condo, as well as our other two Condos, are in one building. They each have their own entry and exit and they cannot be accessed inside the building. This Condo offers a living room, a full kitchen, your room, and a bathroom with tub/shower combo. On the resort, you have access to our Pavilion with seating, lights, fans, and music. You will also have access to our resort dock, with seating, swim supplies, and waterpads, in addition to our waterfront area, playground, and grounds for strolling or games. We have on site managers available 24-7. In your room you will find a Guest Information Sheet with Wifi password, office number, and their cell phone number, as well as a list of Amenities and local businesses with addresses and phone numbers. In our corner of quaint Shell Knob, you can sit in the hammocks surrounded by trees and listen and watch nature around you. This peninsula is mainly residential with resorts and campgrounds generously sprinkled around. Just down the road you can find many eating establishments, playgrounds, and more! FROM Labor Day TO Memorial Day, the grocery store closes at Nine PM and many eating establishments are shut down for the off-season. Stroll the grounds, wander and find adventure in the woods nearby, or drive to great vistas! Golf cart rentals are available for our resort only, but fun and excitement can be found just a short drive away! We are 45-60 minutes from Branson, 30-45 minutes from Eureka Springs, and 1 and 1/2 hours from Springfield. Each unit has assigned parking. Please park in your assigned parking denoted by a number or letter, depending on unit. Premium Condo Dogwood has parking labeled "D".
