Home appliances include A/C, washer come with dryer, microwave-convection oven, gas stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron+iron board, TV and vacuum. Guest access The unit is a private unit. Our real estate agent will meet and check you in and out. If you prefer, this can be arranged remotely for self-check-in as well. Other things to note -Under the Japanese law, we are required to record all guests information such as name, address, occupation and nationality in advance (before your arrival). If you do not reside in Japan, we are required to request your passport copy and keep for recording purpose only. -Check-in must be by 10:00pm. -No Parties. - No shoes in the condo. There is a foyer to leave them. - Quiet hours are from 08:00pm to 8:00am. -Laundry hours are from 07:30am to 10:00pm. -High speed internet & WiFi in the room. -Garbage disposal is simple. 24 hours access garbage room is on the 1st floor of the building. -If you lose your room key, we will charge you about 15,000 YEN to replace the cylinder of the key for security reasons.
