Our inn is a private house, so you can spend a relaxing time with your family and friends. The location is just a 4-minute walk from JR Shin-Okubo Station. You can take the train to Shibuya, Ueno, and Akihabara without changing trains. It is also a 15-minute walk to Shinjuku Station. We hope you will have a memorable experience. Renovation has been completed. The space The house can accommodate up to 9 guests. [1] Toilet and bath are separated. Toilet x 2 Bathroom x 1 Shower room x 1 Washing machine x 1 [2] 1F Single bed x 2, Extra mattress x 1 2F Single futon x 3 3F Single bed × 2, Double bed x 1 Guest access The entire house is rented out, so all rooms and common areas are available. No other guests stay at the same time. Other things to note 1. The inn has been renovated. Air conditioners, toilets, TVs, gas stoves, etc. have been replaced with new ones for your comfort. 2. Unlike hotels, there is no daily cleaning or linen change. If you need additional towels, please contact us in advance and we will provide them for a fee. 3.This is a very quiet residential area at night, so we kindly ask you to be mindful of noise. In the past, noise complaints have led to police involvement. In such cases, the owner will intervene directly. 4.We can make restaurant and other reservations on your behalf.
