The third bedroom is the smallest and has a single bed, charming windows and the entrance to the second balcony, which is more quiet as it leads to the courtyard. The spacious living room has a large and comfortable sofa, smart TV with internet access, satellite, coffee table, CD player, dining table with chairs. The kitchen (which is part of the living room) is equipped with a cooking-stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery. The bathroom contains shower, washbasin, towel dryer, washing machine, toilet, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The kitchen and the bathroom are equipped with modern design appliances and fixtures.
