The nine rooms of the carefully restored 214 year old ancestral home, promise modernity and an unmistakable Goan spirit in equal measure. The space Perched on the first floor, the 400 sq ft rooms come with an intimate sit out terrace on one side and access to the common lounge and balcony on the other. Exposed laterite walls add the old-world charm to these spaces. Taken along with the Moira suite, these three rooms together, can be a spacious exclusive space to a group of up to six. Guest access The entire hotel. Other things to note Your reservation is confirmed for a period of 24 hours. As a means to guarantee your room, we request a 50% advance payment of the total amount inclusive of taxes. In the event of a non- payment of the deposit, your reservation will lapse at the end of the 24 hour period. A prepayment of the entire reservation will be required 7 days prior to the arrival date. In the event of no-show or cancellations within 7 days, a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the entire reservation will be applicable.
