Strategic location: one mile from DU, near light rail to downtown, within a half hour of the mountains, 2 blocks to a park and golf course. Nearby yummy eateries, ice cream, coffee shop, and grocery store. Fresh muffins on arrival! The space I often tell guests, this is the best room in thie house! It's super spacious and has great lighting with the 3 egress windows. There's a queen size bed ,full sized couch, a lounge chair with footstool and dresser . There is also breakfast nook with table/desk near two of the windows where you can sit and read, write, or catch up on work(try not to do too much of that!). Guest access Street parking is available.
