Old house between Saint Malo and Rennes

Welcome! Our house is located between Rennes and Saint Malo, close to Bécherel and Dinan. Quiet in the countryside, you are not far from several tourist sites in Brittany. You can stroll on our 3 ha plot which includes a pond (there is a kayak) and enjoy homemade bread in the outbuilding opposite you on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The space We have a 100m² house on 2 floors. On the ground floor you find - a large brand new kitchen equipped with gas hobs, electric oven, dishwasher, cutlery and everything you need to cook - a large living room - WIFI - Toilet In addition, there is a large barn that allows children to play (swing and rings) and parents to eat or rest in the sun but sheltered from the wind. On the first floor, - 1 bedroom with a kingsize double bed - 1 children's bedroom with a bunk bed (+bed for 2 people if desired) - Toilet - bathroom with bathtub We share our farmhouse with another family in shared habitat. Our house is independent, nothing to share inside. The outside, the garden, and the games for children are in common and accessible for everyone. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays a baker comes to make bread in the outbuilding in front of you. Possibility to also buy vegetables from our neighbor with whom we live and who is an organic market gardener. Guest access Ideally you come by car because we are in the countryside. The village with a bakery, grocery store, post office and media library is 2.5 km away. Other things to note The 4 cats walk outside but have the right to come with you on the sofa if you wish. There is especially the black cat that insists on staying inside (and we have a cat flap) We speak English, French and German.
