The space The unit is 39 sq. meters, comprising of a bathroom, an enclosed kitchen, wash room, patio, bedroom, living room and dining areas. An amazing “tropical escape” getaway inspired living, accessible to all. The bedroom is warm and cozy. A classy designed double size bed, with an under frame and head board storage, adorned with quality sheets and blankets, along with designer pillows. Watch a movie on a LCD smart TV with Netflix-ready app or just sit and relax next to the window while stargazing or reading next to a shading curtain. There are wardrobes with hangers, flat iron and board, chest drawers which makes it perfect for a short or long term vacation. The bathroom is ultra modern. Textured tiles make a perfect accent wall. A partial frosted design shower glass divider and a shower curtain providing privacy. We provide initial supplies, but you will need to buy more once used especially those staying longer, including other items you may need during your stay. Modern vanity and tray, equipped with a hair dryer, provide storage spaces for your personal toiletries. There is also a high pressure bidet on the side for easy access. Enclosed full kitchen with the same ambiance, equipped with a refrigerator , electric stove top and oven, electric water kettle, rice cooker, cookware, glass ware, and cooking utensils. We also provide a modern air fryer for easy cooking without using oil which makes broiling and making bbq easier. A step away from the kitchen is an outdoor balcony which alternatively is used as a washer area (a washing machine is provided for your convenience) and/or another relaxation spot. Guest access Guests have free access to the pool and open areas. Building policies or maintenance may limit usage. Per building management, the gym is still restricted to residents and long term tenants since the pandemic. Parking in the building premises could be arranged by your hosting team at $7 per day, or about 400 php depending on the exchange rate. Elevator is accessed through a provided elevator access card. Please always secure and do not loose the elevator access card for security purposes. The building management charges for a card replacement and requires a verified written explanation of lost that is why we will be charging our guest $20 if the card is lost. The smart TV has many ready apps to access your choiced programming. However, you will need to use your own accounts. Self check-in is 24/7 because there are security personnel at the lobby to verify guests identity. This is to provide flexibility in checking in due to various arrival time of many guests coming in from different cities and countries. But initial check-in must be after 3:00 pm of your booking date because the cleaning crew needs at least 3-4 hours to prepare the place and making sure all are ok after a previous guest checkout. If you are arriving very early, our other guests strategy is to book the place one day earlier of arrival date so they could already go anytime to the unit upon arrival and not have to wait until cleaning and unit preparation are done. Other things to note We have installed a brand new cooling system powered by a strong AC with inverter, for the comfort of our guest throughout the unit. Two 18” retro-designed electric fans also help circulate the cold air faster in all areas. Just a friendly note that we actively participate in saving the environment and other conservation programs. Please turn off the AC and all electrical items when leaving or not in use. This way, with our own simple act, we all help reduce unneeded emissions, conserve energy and thus help save our planet.
