We do not rent to groups of young people without exception. No parties are allowed We only rent to families. The building is family-owned, located half a block from the beach and 3 blocks from downtown, close to everything. We accept pets, they are welcome! With rules to keep in mind. The space The building has only stairs from the entrance both through the main gate and from inside the garage. There is no elevator. The garage is shared with the other guests. There is no capacity for RAM trucks in the garage. This apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building, has a balcony with a barbecue, 3 bedrooms (one double, two with two single beds), two bathrooms, a kitchen with all the necessary accessories for a stay, a dining room, and a living room with a double sofa bed. Other things to note Cleaning without dishwashing on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
