Beautiful loft conversion in family home with own bathroom. Stunning panoramic views of Bristol from the front and peaceful gardens and allotments at the back. We live on a quiet road 0.7 miles from Temple Meads train station and 1.4 miles from the city centre. Continental breakfast provided for short term guests. Access to our shared kitchen can be arranged occasionally if needed. There are two lovely parks on the doorstep plus shops, great pubs, eateries and bakery nearby. The space The room is a converted attic in our home - shared with a family of 4 plus two cats. 1 double bed and 2 single sofa beds, suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. We also have a travel cot available if you need it. Own small but well appointed bathroom. Note this is situated under eves and the shower is small so may not suit taller / bigger people. Hot drink making facilities and basic crockery are available in the room. Light continental breakfast is provided. We have everything you’re likely to want somewhere in the house so if you’re in need of something give us a shout. Please be aware that the attic location means there are lots of stairs up the the room so accessibility may be an issue for some. We are always willing to help with heavy luggage. The space may not be suitable for people who are allergic to cats! Guest access Attic bedroom and own private bathroom accessed through hallway and stairs. Access to the family kitchen (including crockery, pans, fridge-freezer and cooking basics) and washing facilities can be arranged occasionally if needed, though guests need to work around our busy family who share this space. During your stay We are a sociable family and will interact with you as much or as little as you like. We are also happy to recommend local amenities and tourist attractions. Other things to note Be aware that there are quite a few stairs up to the attic room. The bathroom and attic space has a sloped ceiling - very tall people will need to be careful! The bathroom is very compact and the shower is small. This may not be suitable for larger / taller people. Our two cats are also very friendly but will enter the room if the door is left open. The room is not suitable for people with a severe allergy to cats.
