It is re-constructed recently and can be used by our visitors during entire day as well as during night hours (as it is equipped with dimmable lighting system). It can be accessed either directly from the parking area, or from inside the apartment (through the middle room entrance or through the kitchen door). Besides the furniture (dinning table+chairs, two lounge chairs, a hammock), in the garden you may also find a shower, which can be pleasantly used during summer period. The two (2) independent bathrooms of the appartment are fully equipped with brand new sanitary appliances. Bathrooms’ renovation that took place recently (completed during March 2023), has resulted in fully optimizing the available space whereas at the same time has upgraded its aesthetic feel. The apartment’s central location is what it makes it unique as it is so close to everything. You can go sightseeing, spend your day shopping, visit the nearest beach or just relax at one of the numerous local cafés and restaurants, all easily accessible on foot. Should you prefer to explore the island, you can go to San Rocco square (just a 5 min walk) where the Central Bus Station is located and take from there one of the local buses that go to the island’s most popular destinations.
