Experience rustic, farm living! Feel yourself unwind in the peaceful environment of our fish farm. Tiny Village on the Fish Farm is a unique opportunity to experience tiny house living. We are close to 3 national parks. Sequoia/ Kings Canyon is 54 miles away; Yosemite is a nice day trip. NOTE: ~Only registered guests allowed on the property ~While there is no Wifi, cellular signal is excellent ~Strict NO ANIMAL/PET policy (please don't ask us to make exceptions) ~Click photos to read captions The space Tiny living does not mean a tiny experience! TINY VILLAGE (sleeps 6) - All three rooms have a locked entrance , mini-split cooler and a private bathroom. The Loft Suite features a lower level and a 8 x 9 sleeping area accessible by a compact 17" wide staircase. Please note the loft is only 4' 4" high. The Redwood and Cedar rooms are a cozy 8 feet by 13 feet, and the bathrooms, 8 feet by 3 feet. Other amenities include an outdoor coffee bar with microwave and mini-fridge, a covered eating area, a BBQ grill with a side burner and a screened porch. The screened porch is a great place to relax and play games. Be aware it does not have a cooling system and can get hot in the summer. THE OUTSIDE SPACE Tiny Village on the Fish Farm is located in the Sanger river bottom, known for its peacefulness and beautiful scenery. Our ponds play host to a variety of wildlife including fish, insects, frogs, beavers, waterfowl, hawks and eagles. In the late spring, splashes of vibrant color dot our ponds as water lilies begin to bloom. A stone’s throw from the tiny houses, sheep, goats, and cows graze in the pasture. Though it seems you are far from civilization, Starbucks, restaurants, and groceries are only a few miles away. Your unplugged retreat is long overdue.... Guest access • Guests have access to the deck, pergola and surrounding area. Other things to note PLEASE READ  • We're the first to admit that farm living is not for everyone. Our guests tend to be easy-going, adventurous & have a genuine interest in small family farms. Our listing description is long and detailed so potential guests can determine if our place is a good fit. It is the guest's responsibility to read the description & ask questions.  • Although we clean thoroughly between guests, due to the rural environment, bugs and dust may be present. This is part of the charm of country living! Please don’t stay here if you are bothered by bugs/spiders and spiderwebs. Spiders are not bad. Spiders hunt for agricultural pests, like aphids, moths and beetles, which helps property owners reduce the use of chemical pesticides. Keep doors closed to minimize bugs.  • The house is on a working farm so you may see us working nearby. There may be animal sounds and smells during your stay.  • There is no Wifi on the property.  • The tiny houses have mini-split coolers. Mini-splits are quiet & may take longer to cool than traditional a/c.  Be patient. If you are heat sensitive, you probably will be more comfortable in a room with the bed on the lower level.  In the warmer months (May - Sept), we do not provide extra blanket.  • The Coffee Bar is an OUTDOOR space with a microwave, mini-fridge, drip coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster.  • Be aware the screened porch does not have a cooling system and can get warm in the summer. • We encourage visitors to bring comfortable flat shoes to explore the farm. Do not wear stiletto heels on the deck as there are small gaps between the boards. •  There is a one mile drive down a dirt/gravel road to get to the property. Speed limit is 10 mph. Drive carefully, especially at night. •   Cancellation and Changes -  Choose your dates carefully. We are unable to make changes once the reservation is booked. We follow AirBnB's strict cancellation policy.
