Expansive Beach House with Private Beach

This large beach house has access to a private beach on lake Michigan shore only 200 feet away. The private beach is 140 feet wide and is shared with us, your hosts, who live in a neighboring house. The house has great views of Lake Michigan from several rooms. There are large expansive decks. Outdoor gas barbecue, outdoor gas fire pit, and a large 3 season room with fireplace. The house is good for big groups, families, kids, and pets. The space 3500 square foot house with additional 1000 square feet of deck space. The house has a very large great room with cathedral ceiling, 65 inch TV with sound system. The bedrooms are separated into 3 separate areas that can function as suites for 3 families. 3 season room with gas stove heating is attached to the house and adjoins a gas fire ring where you can watch the night sky as you socialize with friends and family. The beach is sandy and the water is shallow near shore. Enjoy long walks along the beach, for miles if you wish. Guest access We live in a neighboring house to the west of this house (between this house and Lake Michigan). Other things to note ******MINIMAL RENTAL IS 30 DAYS PER SAINT JOSEPH CITY REGULATIONS.****** I am sorry but this is a rigid city requirement. We could lose are rental license if this is not honored. Exceptions can not be made. Willing to negotiate for long term rentals greater than a month.
