Our Victorian terraced family home is situated on a quiet, family-friendly street, very close to Preston Park and with a choice of pubs and cafes nearby. We are a 30 minute walk or a short bus ride into Brighton City centre. The beautiful Sussex Downs are also easily accessible. The space On the ground floor we have an open plan lounge/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with seating area. Patio doors fully open onto a private, south facing garden. There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. A further flight of stairs leads up to the ensuite loft bedroom with king size bed. Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2) – Bright, sunny converted loft room with a king size bed and ensuite shower room. Large windows and nice views. Bedroom 2 – (sleeps 2) Spacious room with a double bed. Bedroom 3 – (sleeps 1) Good sized room with a single bed. Bedroom 4 – (sleeps 2) Single bed with pull out full size trundle bed on legs. Bed linen and towels are provided, and we will do our best to ensure you have everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Other things to note Please note that our two cats will be in residence during your stay. They just require a bowl of food and water each day. Alternatively, we can arrange for a friend or relative to come and feed them at a time that is convenient to you. Our house is situated on a quiet, residential street and is NOT a party house, but most suited to families or smaller, quieter groups and strictly no extra guests to be invited during your stay. This is our much loved, family home and although we will do our best to ensure it is the cleanest we can for you, we are not a professional rental and there will always be areas that are in need of updating or that are waiting for a lick of paint. We are situated in a controlled parking zone and I will provide a visitor's parking permit for one car for the duration of your stay. Permits for extra cars can be purchased for £3.50 per day or nearby free parking is available on a Saturday and Sunday.
