Once owned by the Dutch family VanBenschoten was built circa 1886. The house has been honored by being listed on the National Register of Historic Places. As you step upon the 80 ft wrap around porch your eye catches the breathtaking mountain views. You are greated by your hosts Carol and Peter who will be respondsible for your comfortable and relaxing stay. Breakfast can also be served on the verandah as well as our period Victorian dining room, complete with English bone china. Our period decorated rooms recreate the past yet have modern amenities for your convenience. Enjoy a peaceful nights sleep in our overstuffed down comforters and pillows. Oh, and don't forget the oversized plush towels! One can also relax in our spa area located in the milk house of our historic Sears Roebuck barn dating back to circa 1910. In the morning rise to the aroma of fresh brewing coffee, and the smell of muffins baking in the oven. Be geeted by other friendly guests as you enjoy the mountain views from your dining seat. Breakfast orders are taken from a choice of Carol's secret french toast or country eggs any style, yum.
