If not, you can enjoy the waiting area with free high speed wifi or have a cup of coffee at some local coffee shops just few steps away. * CHECK OUT: please turn off all electricities and close the door when checkout and put the Resident Cards on the table of living room. * THE POOL & GYM: Now the outdoor pool & gym is closed for guest who stay short term, it only uses for resident. So, only when your stay is more than from one month, we will support to register for you. The outdoor pool & gym is located just below the ground of the building and use fingerprints for accessing. Therefore, if you have a need to use it, please notify the landlord at least 3 day in advance to register for you (maximum 2 adults, kids will be free when come with adults) (You can notify this before you arrive or during your stay). The pool & gym will be charged for one time registration for $ 15 (use for whole your staying). You can use the pool from 6 am - 10 pm every day after being registered.
