The space The design of the studio is art with a flavour of sunny Spain and in velvit accent..it brings the sence of romance,relax and calmness..the smell of the sea spreading inside,the sound of the sea waves and the touching of sea breeze take you away from the reality.. Guest access The apartment is located in a brand new building in the old part of Pomorie, 10 meters from the beach and 150m from the center of the town. It is on the second living floor of the house . It has a balcony facing south southeast. On the first floor of the building is the mini-market. There is a parking area in the patio for parking of two or three cars. Near the building are located entertainment facilities, bars, restaurants, spa and entertainments for young and adults. The beach, adjacent to the building offers water sport : water skiing , yachting, surf rental pulling with rings and bananas and driving jets. There is a Havana style bar on the beach with the possibility of having lunch. The sanatorium with mud baths is at a distance around 10min .by walking. Nearby there is a massage room with a professional physiotherapist. Come and feel the sea breeze and the purity of the sea. Other things to note Please notice my cancellation and discounts. When the rent is over 15 days, there is a discount from 5% to 10%. Requires a deposit by bank transfer of 20% of the total amount of stay.
