It features a large kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher), a large island/breakfast bar open to the living room, a 42" LED Smart TV, a fireplace, a futon or inflatable mattress for extra visitors. The bathroom is also high end with soaker tub. Granite counter tops throughout. A large bedroom with 2 large closets and a plush comfortable queen size bed with pillow top. Wifi is available as well as cable TV. The apartment offers a lot of storage. Renters will have full access to the one-bedroom apartment by the private entrance in the garage. You can request the use of the backyard. There is free parking for up to two vehicles. Other than the basic key exchange, someone will be available in case you need anything or have questions. The Mer Bleue Apartment offers a country setting with a lot of land (1.5 acres) yet is only a short bicycle ride away from the heart of Orleans. The house is located near the Mer Bleue bog, a 3,500-hectare NCC conservation area that has a northern eco-system more typical of the Arctic. (website hidden) There is bus service not too far from the Mer Bleue apartment as well as a park and ride. A corner store/restaurant, park, mini-golf are all a few minutes walk. Shopping, movie theater, gym, restaurants, pubs, anything you can possibly need are within a 3-5 km distance. Only 15-20 minutes drive to downtown Ottawa by car or 30 minutes by transit.
