Heated Pool-Dog Friendly-Near 30A Beach & Seaside

"Serendipity in Seagrove" is located on charming and secluded Barcelona Avenue and nestled within the whimsical tree canopy that steals the hearts of those who visit Seagrove. You'll be incredibly close to all the action and enjoyment of the beach, 30A and Seaside, yet privacy is yours the moment you need it. It’s the best of both worlds. You have access to our private pool with an option to be heated during the cooler months. We do ask a fee of $30 per day to offset our additional costs. The space Our home has an open concept living, dining and kitchen area that is the perfect place to entertain, relax and enjoy time with family and friends. The dining room table seats six to eight comfortably and the kitchen is fully equipped for those that prefer to eat in. We also have a charcoal grill with complimentary charcoal for a backyard cookout. A 60" TV is in the living room and available for streaming with your favorite apps. There is also a TV in each of the bedrooms as well. The master bedroom is downstairs with a king bed and adjoining bath. The 2nd bedroom is also downstairs with a queen bed and a bath nearby. The 3rd bedroom is upstairs and has a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed, but please note there is no bathroom upstairs. Off of this bedroom is a screened in porch with an inviting and comfortable bed swing. We highly recommend this porch for an afternoon siesta. Ceiling fans are throughout the home. The driveway accommodates up to 3 vehicles. There is a laundry room off of the back porch and we provide laundry supplies for your stay. If you have a little one, a Pack n Play, a baby gate and a booster/high chair are there for your use. There is a guest house at the back of our property that is occupied by the owner on occasions. It has a private entrance and parking so as not to disturb our guests. The pool area is exclusively for your use only. Other things to note Take an easy 8 to 10 min walk to the beach, or a 10 minute bike ride into Seaside. When you return you can enjoy your own private pool with an option to be heated ( addl fee of $30.00 per day) during our cooler months or maybe rest and relax on one of the shady porches and read a good book. Prefer to vacation with your dog? That's cool. We also love our furry friends. They are 100% welcome, we just ask for a $150.00 non refundable pet fee. The yard is surrounded by a fence that is a tremendous plus when bringing your dog.
