Unique Cozy Cottage located in the beautiful countryside of Tennessee just 5 minutes from exit 22 at I-65. This home is located in horse country with gorgeous views, hiking and fishing in the nearby stream. This area is a special place where members of the Hillsboro Hounds gather to ride their horses in the English tradition known as Fox Hunting. Take a ride through the neighborhood and view many of the beautiful homes and barns that host these events. The space This home could be considered a large tiny home, but it has enough space inside to accommodate 6 people. There is a private bedroom with a queen bed, 2 closets, nightstands and TV. In the hallway are a set of bunkbeds that have amazing views to the outside. The top bunk is more suitable for kids and the bottom bunk would be suitable for small adults. The loft upstairs is a short loft with a queen mattress and amazing views from either side. You cannot stand up in the loft, but has room enough to sit upright with a very comfortable feel.The bathroom is full size with a shower/tub combination. There is a full size washer and dryer combo. The kitchen is fully furnished with stove, oven and microwave. If you like to grill, there is a gas Weber grill on the deck. The living area is very cozy with a satellite TV and electric fireplace for those cool nights. The outdoor space is abundant covered and uncovered. Enjoy a fire in the firepit surrounded with Adirondack chairs. Wood is provided, just bring the marshmallows. Guest access Firepit and firewood provided. Propane grill w propane provided. Other things to note There is a 1 time pet fee of $25. There is plenty of outdoor space, including a firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs for those who enjoy reminiscing around a campfire or indulging in some roasted marshmallows. During extreme drought, you may not be able to use the firepit. Firewood is provided as well as a propane grill for all your outdoor needs. I supply coffee pods for Kerig and some bottled water.
