Small house located at the back of the property. Studio style living with private entry, room, bathroom, and mini kitchen. Great location!!! Minutes from downtown Dallas, medical district, Trinity Grove!!! The space While it’s a small house it is still spacious and great for a short to extended stay. Recently remodeled, it clean and easy Guest access Guest access is through the back yard. Other things to note There are people living in the main house with Two small dogs. The dogs are fenced in and if they are too loud just let Host know. House has a large back yard, where there’s still some work in progress, besides a little dirt, it should not affect your stay. Cleaning fee is set High because most guest has pets. However, if you do not have a pet, let me know and I will decrease cleaning fee.
