Description

Under a towering white mulberry tree is a delightful, private studio with bathroom for two people to enjoy a sojourn in beautiful beachside Bronte. Set in the corner of the large garden behind a hedge with its own outdoor table and chairs, it is a pretty and quiet setting. The ocean beach, local cafe & restaurant strip plus bus stop for Sydney CBD are an easy stroll. The space The wooden floored studio consists of a bedroom with a queen size bed, a comfy armchair, table, two chairs, a cupboard, shelves with a sink, microwave, fridge, toaster, Nespresso coffee machineopp and crockery. There is a flat screen TV, iPhone dock and Wi-Fi. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. Guest access The studio has its own verdant garden of orchids, avocado trees, banana palms and passionfruit vines. It is surrounded by a hedge and is private from the main house, set 20 metres away across the garden. There is a large outdoor timber topped table to spread out on. The access is level from the street. Follow the brick paved drive way to the back gate to the garden. Guests can conveniently come and go without disturbing others. Other things to note It is located around the corner from Three Blue Ducks, a casual cafe and restaurant opened by three surfer friends that is featured in the 2014 Good Food Guide as one of the best cafe and restaurants in Sydney's eastern suburbs. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby too: Vietnamese, Italian, Seafood, macrobiotic, modern Australian and much more. Food allergies are catered for if you need gluten free or lactose free breakfast. We try to be sustainable and use recycled products and the garden is watered by a combination of water captured in rainwater tanks and town water. The garden is fertilised by organic compost produced in both compost bins and worm farms. We have Australian native stingless bees that are kept away from the studio that help pollinate the garden. This means that we don't use any pesticides in the garden as we don't want to harm the bees. Registration details PID-STRA-24838
