There are 3 air-conditioned en-suites, a gourmet area with a full kitchen, barbecue grill, living room with glass wall and beautiful garden view. The space Comfortable suites, with beautiful decor, the house is a haven for those who stay. On one side is Morro do Ribeirão da Ilha, with preserved vegetation, where we have private access to one of the points where the waterfall runs, with a quiet and relaxing space. On the other side, less than a 1-minute walk, Ribeirão da Ilha beach, quiet and suitable for bathing, perfect for relaxing with family and friends, and enjoying the most famous sunset on the island. Guest access We offer free parking for up to 5 cars and a covered garage for up to 2 smaller cars (does not fit a van). The house is located 9 km from Florianópolis Airport, and has easy access to the region's main tourist attractions, such as Praia do Campeche, Armação, Lagoa do Peri, Pântano do Sul, among others. For lovers of good gastronomy, we are on the Ribeirão da Ilha Gastronomic Route, with the best and most award-winning restaurants in the city. Count on us to help with tips on where to eat and also tours to learn how the famous Ribeirão da Ilha oysters are produced. At the main entrance there is another property, which may also be occupied during your stay, but there is no common use space, as the houses do not communicate, and privacy will be maintained. Other things to note We are located in one of the most beautiful spots in Florianópolis. We speak fluent English, and we are very receptive and easygoing.
