There is plenty to see and do in the area: cycling routes, close to the German border, Burgers Zoo, Rijnstrangen nature reserve. The space Kitchen is equipped with 4-burner induction hob with extra warming spot, microwave, spacious fridge, dishwasher and oven. Spacious dining room table with 6 chairs, large corner sofa, toddler chair, in short, space for at least 10 people. This is also a great place to work. Sitting area with interactive TV. Separate sitting area with 4 chairs and table, chairs and electric fireplace. Separate corner with toy fitness equipment! We live in a beautiful area, so cycling is definitely recommended. 1st floor: Here is the bathroom with 2nd toilet, shower, sink and spacious bathtub. Bedroom 3: double bed, with extra bed in under drawer and make-up table. 3rd floor: Bedroom 4: open bedroom with single bed. (Bunk bed with desk). Access to loft with Lego toys. Bedroom 5: open bedroom with work desk, access to loft with single bed Washing machine, dryer, clothesline, ironing board and iron. Garden: Left side: Canopy with garden table with 6 chairs with hammock and lounge sofa. In the middle, a natural pond (fenced off), and a small artificial grass field.
