You are close to the main touristic attractions of Porto. Regarding the evening, you are close to the night spot, where the main pubs and nightclubs are located. The apartment has been given the name of one of the main traditional squares of Porto (where one of the last kings of Sardenha and Piemonte has lived his last months) and is decorated and furnished to offer you a comfortable, pleasant and modern look with traces of the old Porto architecture and soul. Some photos and boards will lead you to Praça Carlos de Alberto square. One bedroom apartment (T1) apartment with two single beds, 55 m2 and full equipped for 4 people. A large sofa bed for 2 people is available in the living room. The apartment and the building are built on concrete with a beautiful ventilated facade illuminated in arabesque tones and a granite wall all along the pedestrian street that drives you direct to the metro station. Sound Proof Walls with very good acoustic and thermal insulation based on cork and polystyrene panels. Apartment equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, cookware, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron, TV with 100 channels, and free Wi-Fi with 100 MB, towels, bath mats and accessories for 2 people, fire blanket and fire extinguisher. Large and modern bathroom. Central electrical heating based on central water heating circuit will warm up your stay during winter. For summer hot days you have air conditioning. Before your check-in we will send the private access codes for the 2 entrance doors and for the apartment door. Keys also available inside the apartment (after the check-in). Four large luggage lockers available at the reception in case you need to store your luggage before the check-in or after the check-out. Welcome drink at the check-in. Bikes available for renting on the building garage. Cost 10€day/bike Car parking available on request on the building garage. Cost: 12€/day. On the case there are not free places on the building garage there are 4 public parkings within 500m. Prices between 22€ and 15€ a day.
