Staying in London for a while? Drop me a line, I may have availability. Bright, airy and private apartment with character and original features. Rooms are well sized and good storage available. Easy access to Central London, Chiswick, Shepherds Bush, Wembley Stadium and Ealing. I USUALLY prefer 30+ day lettings that begin within 7 days of the next free date. I generally don't take bookings months in advance! Located near Twyford Avenue W3. Ealing common/West Acton tube - 10 minutes walk. The space High ceilings, original wooden floors and open plan living. Guest access Kitchen, garden, living room and bathroom space. Other things to note I generally do not take bookings that are more than 10 days after my next period of availability. I also do not accept short bookings 1-2 days etc. Feel free to ask though. The front drive way belongs to my property and it has space for up to three cars. Virgin media broadband and TV package. It's a 100 year property with original features including wood floors. If anything does go wrong I usually have someone local to fix it. The marble fireplaces are decorative only. Neighbours occupy the upper property but they have not used their garden, so your garden space is private. Visitors will be given a move in handbook. This is a home that has been lived in. Therefore appliances will not all be new or near new. There may be some cosmetic imperfections to the property e.g. wall cracks, creaks on wooden floors and just general wear and tear. The property is clean, liveable, warm etc. As it is suited to longer stays guests undertake any minor maintenance points e.g. replacing light bulbs, tightening loose screws or replacing batteries. Some replacement items will be at the property. Some house rules: 1. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS This is a residential area and the property is offered as a letting aimed at those looking for a peaceful and quiet space. Though plenty of nightlife can be found in the surrounding areas. 2. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS As per Airbnb’s guidelines, if you’re not a registered guest, you are not covered by insurance. So only the registered guests are allowed here. 3. CLEANING & PROVISIONS Cleaning fee included is for cleaning on check-out. I also have a professional cleaner (you arrange with her) for approx £40. Please note, the property has original wooden floors. The property should be regularly cleaned and preventative measures implemented (cleaning spills, not leaving smelly foods out) to avoid attracting pests. My property is usually let out on a longer let basis so tenants typically have their own soaps and detergents. I usually have cleaning products available at the property but I don't specifically provide additional without request. STATED CHECK IN AND OUT TIMES Check in and out times are: Check-in: 12PM (midday) Check out: 12PM (midday) THE LOST KEY FEE There is a £50 lost key fee for each key.
