The space On the first floor of a splendid historic residence, an entire apartment with a total of 6 beds, an enchanting accommodation ideal for a group of friends, a family or a couple, in the heart of Adelfia (Bari). It consists of 1 bathroom, 1 equipped kitchen-living room (complete with crockery/cutlery and utensils) with double sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms + 1 additional cot. The accommodation is also equipped with a fireplace, heating and air conditioning for each room, balcony overlooking the courtyard-parking, internet access (wifi), coffee machine. Unlike the interior of the accommodation, which has been completely renovated and features regular, up-to-date systems, the exterior of the entire structure (see photo), which belongs to multiple owners, has not been renovated and therefore displays signs of antiquity, fascinating and mysterious features often appreciated for their uniqueness. Also available, upon request (for a fee), is a quality laundry service (washing and drying) with home collection and delivery and a transfer service, subject to reservation and availability of the driver, from the airport or train station or port of Bari to the accommodation. The property is located approximately 18 km from Bari "Karol Wojtyla" International Airport and approximately 18 km from Bari Railway Station (approximately 20-30 minute journey to get to Adelfia). It is located in a family-friendly neighborhood in the center of the city of Adelfia. Guest access Guests can use the reserved parking lot (at the rear of the property) and access the (single) entrance to the first-floor apartment. Guests also have access to the surrounding garden of Villa Gigia, which, however, is currently unused by the legitimate owners (other than the host, who owns only the first floor). The exterior of the property (see photo) has not been renovated and therefore displays signs of antiquity, fascinating and mysterious features often appreciated for their uniqueness. The interior of the first-floor apartment (see photo) is completely renovated, clean and tidy, with new fixtures and systems that comply with regulations.
