Two single beds or a king bed room with river view

Genesis building is a small block with 51 apartments. My apartment 51 is on top floor 16th. Main entry of building and car park are on Markwell Ave. No breakfast but coffee, tea, milk......are available. The space New painting, new floor and new bedding set. Huge balcony with ocean view. Guest room with river view. Close to retail centre of Surfers Paradise, tram stop, beach..... Guest access Heated pool and Spa, tennis court, gym, table tennis. During your stay I am available for questions on my mobile phone and text messaging. Other things to note Please don’t cook big meal in my kitchen but you can prepare your simple food.
