Plenty of recreational options to keep you entertained, including access to Whitewater bike trail directly from the property, & a small on site dog park for our furry friends. Plus, no pet fees! The space Apartment is located on an RV campground which will provide you access to the following shared spaces free of charge: Clubhouse with pool table (includes hot coffee & freshly popped popcorn daily), outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, ping-pong, pickle ball courts, bocce ball, and more! Laundry facilities are available for use at a small fee. You will also have dedicated Airbnb Guest up front parking and exclusive access to a 60 amp (11.5 kW) Tesla destination charger. Guests have access to 2 new cruiser style bicycles (helmets, bike locks and tire pump also available). Pets are welcome except for noisy and/or vicious pets which are prohibited. A two-sided pet feeder and blanket are available for your pet's use. There is also a small dog park on the property where your dog can run and play. Kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave oven, cooking pots/pans, dishes, spices; pretty much everything you would need, although please note, the apartment does not have a standard oven. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the apartment and be able to use the outdoor common areas of the park.
