Annie Luxury Art House is an artistically designed large fully serviced apartment filled with natural light with a great view of the beach 5 mins walk away. It features a big living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 comfortable bed rooms and 2 bathrooms. I will happily book day boat tours and the best restaurants. The space Our Annie Art house is your home sweet home when you are away from home while travelling to Ha Long Bay. This is our family holiday house and we are happy to offer it to visitors when we are not staying there. The spacious master bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom with views of the sea and swimming pool. There is an additional comfortable bathroom and two large bedrooms both with double beds. Babies plenty of built-in wardrobes and storage space in each of the bedrooms. The Spacious and well equipped kitchen opens onto the dining area which itself looks over the living area and balcony with views of the mountains. Although the apartment has beds for six people It’s generous Corredor’s and spices means that it will not feel crowded. We can accommodate up to 10 people if needs be. The apartment is filled with original artwork from my father. He is an Artist/painter, who has designed and decorated the apartment with his own art paintings. Annie Luxury art house is only a five minute walk to our beautiful sưimming beach. If you prefer to swim in a pool we have two at our building. There are wonderful lakeside walks two minutes from our apartment. If you prefer to ride a bicycle or motorbike-both are possible to rent in the basement of our building. I can show you where the best restaurants in walking dítance. If you prefer to cook at home, I can show you where the cheap and wonderful fresh seafood market operates close to the apartment every morning. If you would like somebody to cook you a dinner or lunch with this wonderful fresh product, I can arange a talented cook to cook your dinner for you in the apartment for a minimal charge. Cafes, beauticians and massage service found downstairs along with a shop that sells every kind of food, drink and neccesity you could imagine. When you stay here, you'll become our friends. Surrounded by beautiful sea view, entertainment places such as restaurants, shopping malls and tons of local food vendors, 2 swimming pools with a modest fee to be paid at the pools (one outdoor and one indoor - four season swimming pool). Guests can access to all the facilities of Green Bay Premium which include a swimming pool, fitness center, Vinmart, cafés, family restaurant on the 1st floor and in the 2 minutes walking distance. You can walk 10 minutes or drive (5 minutes) to Hong Hanh 6, one of the best well known large garden restaurant on the same road to enjoy the most delicious sea food dishes in Ha Long. Please come and enjoy and you'll never regret it :) Other things to note Up to 8 persons are allowed. Extra charge might apply to each person after 4.
