Welcome to our modern flat located on Rua de Camões, in the vibrant heart of Porto. This cosy ground-floor flat offers all the necessary amenities for a visit to Porto: it has 2 bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a patio and a laundry room. Air-conditioning. This flat, close to the Faria Guimarães metro, is strategically located to allow you to walk to the centre of Porto, but with a metro connection. There is no private car park! The space Casa Paillard is on the ground floor of a century-old traditional Porto house. The entire space has been rebuilt in an attempt to maintain the basic granite and wood structure of the house, which means that there is no panelling between the floors, and there may occasionally be the sound of footsteps from the floor above. However, the height of the flat will help maintain some insulation. The flat is entered from Rua de Camões directly into the cosy living room with kitchenette, which also has a window onto the street. At the back are the two bedrooms with access to the private patio, which also houses the laundry room. Each bedroom has two single beds that can be joined to make a double bed. The flat is air-conditioned for hot and cold. In the courtyard, perfect for breakfast, is the laundry room on the right. You can bring your pet for an additional cost of 50€ per stay. We don't have a private car park! It is only possible to park in the pay-and-display spaces on the street, subject to availability. Guest access The ground floor apartment and the fenced courtyard are exclusively accessible to guests. The garden and the first floor are private and cannot be used by guests. Other things to note 1) There is no free parking here! 2) Upstairs there is a dog and a cat (they don't come to the apartment) 3) Respect the residents of the apartment above 4) If you bring a pet, let us know because there is an associated cost of 50€ per stay. 5) CHECK-IN PLACE: Rua Fernandes Tomás 424, 1. floor, S.9, Porto (200 meters from Bolhão metro station) 6) To ensure compliance with Portuguese law with the declaration of foreigners at the border police SEF, this establishment requires Online Check-in through through a form, where you must add the requested data of all guests.
