A large living room (American kitchen, living room, dining room) facing south and overlooking a private garden of 100 m² serves the bedrooms (1 x 160; 1 x 140; 2 x 90), a mountain corner (bunk beds 80 x 200) and 2 bathrooms with toilets. A sofa bed (140 cm with 18 cm thick mattress for emergency sleeping) allows the capacity of the apartment to be exceptionally increased to 10 people. The library/game library corner will delight your children after their day on the slopes. Furnished and decorated for our own use, we have paid great attention to the atmosphere and the quality of the materials. A double closet at the entrance allows you to store coats and après-ski. All bedrooms have large closets or wardrobes. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, ceramic hob and dishwasher. Small appliances including toaster, kettle, espresso machine, raclette, fondue, waffle maker and sandwich toaster. A washer/dryer is available as well as the necessary for daily maintenance (sponges and dishwashing liquid, vacuum cleaner, etc.). Linens and weekend cleaning are included so you can focus on the essentials: the pleasure of your stay. Ski lockers (on the ground floor in front of the entrance to the apartment), ski boot room (equipped with boot warmers) and our garage/box (-1) will be available. The apartment is up to standard and accessible to the disabled. Access to the slopes is 3 minutes away, at the 'L'espace Partenaires', where you will find the ESF and the ski lift ticket offices. Grand Montgenevre packages, with the Monts de la Lune extension (110 km of slopes) for family skiing or Via Lattea (440 km of slopes) on the Turin Olympic Games tracks. It's up to you. Shops and amenities are immediately accessible from the apartment. Within a 10-minute walk, you can access the new Durancia balneotherapy center. Sunday to Sunday rental will allow you to arrive much more relaxed with a road without traffic jams. Guest access The entire apartment, as well as the terrace, are entirely yours. You also have access to ski lockers, a shoe room equipped with shoe warmers and of course a closed garage for one car.
