Quiet 3 Bedroom Victorian House Nunhead, Peckham

Large 3 bedroom Victorian house in the lovely neighbourhood of Nunhead village, with great independent shops (butcher, baker, greengrocer and more), excellent bars and restaurants, plenty of green spaces and near the local vibrant area of Peckham. With amazing transport links to Victoria, Kings Cross-St Pancras, Highbury and Clapham, central London is also on your doorstep. The space Restored, beautiful 3 bedroom Victorian house in the heart of Nunhead. This house consists of a large, light-filled double living and dining room space. There is a large comfy sofa, a Smart TV (with Netflix), books and a dining table that fits 8. The kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking and entertaining, with cupboards and draws fully stocked with everything you might need, including cooking basics and appliances. Next to the kitchen is a closet toilet. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and one child's bedroom with bunk beds. So, potentially our house can accommodate 6 people (4 people sharing 2 double beds and 2 children and there is also a large sofa that can accommodate 1 person). The master bedroom is situated at the front of the house, and has a lovely king size bed. Next door is the children's room with kids bunk beds. The third room is at the back of the house and has a large double bedroom with a very comfy bed and desk. Upstairs is also the family bathroom equipped with all that you need. The house is located on a very quiet residential road, so you can benefit from a gloriously quiet night's sleep. This house is our home so will have similar amenities to your own. We don't Airbnb professionally but try to provide a good experience for anyone staying at our place. All beds are fitted with cotton sheets and bathrooms include towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. A fully equipped kitchen including essential cooking ingredients, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. A living room has a TV with access to Freeview channels and Netflix. There is free on-street parking. Other things to note Child cot (travel cot) can be set up upon request. Our list price is for adults, so kids can stay free (within reason..!).
