A studio unit located at the center of Davao City. All rides available to all famous destinations (e.g. Malls, Parks, Beach Destinations, etc). Perfect for couple with one child and those travelling alone. Walking distance to Roxas night market, Ateneo de Davao University, Aldevinco mall, Abreeza and Gaisano Mall etc. There are also restaurants, bar and coffee shops nearby. The space A 25 sqm semi-furnished studio unit with queen size bed and sofa (does not convert to a sofa bed). Dining area has 4 seater dining table. Kitchen is equipped with single induction cooker, microwave, refrigerator, small pot and pan, rice cooker, kettle and kitchen utensils. Recommended microwave food heating as much as possible as there is no range hood vent in the unit. Bathroom- towels, soap and shampoo will be provide. Please note, no hot and cold shower. Guest access Registered guests can access the swimming pool from 8am-10pm. Otherwise there will be an additional fees collected by the property management for unregistered guests. Other things to note I am happy to welcome you in my unit. Please kindly treat my place like your own home, keep it tidy and clean. The owners of the building requires me to fill in a guest authorization form which I’m happy to do but it requires guests’ valid ids. Please kindly supply your IDs prior to your arrival to ensure smooth check in.
